This was a final project for a strategic communications course. The aim was to develop a marketing strategy and a situation analysis for True Fruits, a German smoothie company. The goal was to promote the brand to customers in Qatar before to its launch and adapt it to local taste and culture.

AL FARDAN’S IN-HOUSE AGENCY

As a Copywriting Intern at Alfardan's in-house agency, the Middle East's largest conglomerate, I was responsible for various tasks including creating social media calendars, writing captions for social media posts, crafting advertisement copies, conducting brand research, and producing long-form articles for Alfardan's sustainability department.

TIKTOK: CRISIS COMMUNICATION

A final project for my Corporate Storytelling class in which we were tasked with developing a crisis communication plan for a brand that had just been in the press due to controversy. As a response to the TikTok v. Congress controversy, my team and I chose to represent TikTok as their public relations firm and developed an extensive digital and traditional media campaign.

UNITED NATIONS

Strategic communications intern at the United Nations Headquarters in New York. Reported live from UN General Assembly and Security Council meetings, drafting coverage and strategic reports for senior diplomats. Managed digital content strategy, created press releases, multimedia reports, and breaking news summaries. Conducted real-time news analysis on cybersecurity, gender equality, and climate change, delivering insights to diplomats.
